Mapping the Pattern
$100
This is a somatic session where we will journey inward to hear what the deepest parts of you are trying to heal. I will offer a deep listening, reflective mirror that can offer perspectives into your blind spots, your subconscious, the aspects of your inner child, your shadow and the parts of you that are calling you in, to meet them.
We will start our identifying where in your life you are meeting resistance, what patterns seem to be looping, and were you feel stuck. You are welcome to stay in the chair for this session or lay with clothes on, on the table depending on what feels best to drop into the inner landscape of somatics.

Holding women as they experience their growth into motherhood is sacred work that I am humbly honored and passionate about. I align with bodily autonomy, the liberation of women’s bodies, and energetic sovereignty.
I believe that the birthing space deserves the utmost respect. I believe the mother holds the power to make choices that are best for her and her baby as she explores her capacity for expansion, multidimensional knowing, and transformation into the embodiment of motherhood.

After giving birth to my children, I really wanted to be a good mom. I wanted to have fun with my kids and enjoy our lives. But I was exhausted and at times, in pain. I noticed that I could still feel some part of the trauma of my birth in my body, especially in my womb, and I could even see some of it in my first-born child. I realized I needed to take care of myself, not just for me, but also for my children and for my family.
In an attempt to get help, I booked a session with a friend who helped me learn that my womb was feeling the wound of neglect and mistreatment from a patriarchal culture. She was very out of alignment and so was my pelvis. I realized in that moment that my nursing degree was lacked the knowledge of the womb mysterious way of emotional containment.
I became passionate in ways I have never felt before to learn all I can about women’s health.
Learning to Listen to your Body again
When culture tells a woman all the ways she is suppose to be and act we begin to loose our connection with our individuation, our intuition, and our connection to the voice within. Some of us learned how to be what everyone else wanted us to be from a very young age. When your body is showing physical symptoms that’s the only way it has to communicate with you what it needs. What does your body need?
The rhythm of a woman’s cycle is the greatest somatic practice of embodiment. The interrelatedness of the menstrual cycle in relation to optimizing health for the female body is vital for meeting the unique needs of the female nervous system, and in turn her entire systems regulation.

“The female nervous system fluctuates more innately, the term regulation is an infliction upon our intrinsic need to ebb and flow with our body’s sensations, it constricts our need for emotional expression and perpetuates patriarchal systems that seek to control our body”
— Veronica Rottman, Waking Womb
