Mapping the Pattern

This is a somatic session where we will journey inward to hear what the deepest parts of you are trying to heal. I will offer a deep listening, reflective mirror that can offer perspectives into your blind spots, your subconscious, the aspects of your inner child, your shadow and the parts of you that are calling you in, to meet them.

We will start our identifying where in your life you are meeting resistance, what patterns seem to be looping, and were you feel stuck. You are welcome to stay in the chair for this session or lay with clothes on, on the table depending on what feels best to drop into the inner landscape of somatics.

We all have blindsides that keep us looping in patterns we are hoping to spiral out of and evolve. This session offers deep listening into the roots and bones of why you are unable to break free of a dynamic you are here to work through. This session offers a mirror reflection that is delivered with emapthy and compassion allowing self love and growth. Once you are able to bring awareness to this pattern, you have the potential to unlock your capacity; to move beyond “healing what is broken,” or “releasing what is no longer wanted” to a new perspective that transforms everything in your life into undeniable evidence that you are a profoundly powerful creator.

External Versus Internal

Our culture lures us into being externally focused, always seeking something to fix us from the outside, when the answers are actually within when it comes to our personal wellbeing.

Your body is the greatest teacher, but sometimes we all need guidance and insight into the aspects we’re not willing to look at, or are even unconsciously avoiding.

Maybe you are chronically stressed, tired, and overworked, or simply want to show up in your life with a renewed sense of energy and presence. Anytime you make a choice to put you first, the benefits will benefit you and everyone around you.

The Flow

My approach and philosophy for my sessions is to help my clients remember that they are already whole—you just learned how to cope with some really intense situations that are ready to heal now.

  • Becoming presently oriented to the environment around you before activating the issue, ground

  • Observe the present issue, the tension, the pattern that keeps looping

  • Allow the full emotion to be expressed without resistance, judgment, or control

  • Integrate the aspect of you that had to hide or split or shut down in order to survive and keep going, bring clarity to the pattern, and resolve.
